W. Nelon Kirkland joined the Firm in 1987 and is a shareholder. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Kirkland served as Assistant State Attorney for the 12th Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida. Mr. Kirkland is admitted to practice before all courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Kirkland practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation as a trial lawyer. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and a member of the Manatee County Bar Association.
