Bob Hoyle is an attorney at Harrison, Kirkland, Pratt & McGuire, P.A. Mr. Hoyle has practiced law in Manatee County for more than 25 years and has extensive experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. . He is a certified circuit civil, county civil, and appellate mediator. He is also a Federal mediator, a qualified Florida Supreme Court arbitrator and a qualified mediator in Alabama. Mr. Hoyle completed the Mediation Program at Harvard Law School, the Florida Supreme Court Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Training program, and the training necessary to accept Circuit Court appointment as an arbitrator. He currently focuses his practice on mediations, trusts and estates and inheritance disputes.
Mr. Hoyle is respected within the community for his legal knowledge and dedication to his clients. He is the chairman of the Manatee County Bar Association Mediation Section, and has lectured on various topics for the Manatee County Association of Realtors, the Manatee County School System and the Manatee County Bar Association. Mr. Hoyle has published several articles on mediation issues, including, Preparing for Mediation and Preparing the Client for Mediation.
