Robert W. Hendrickson, III

Robert W. Hendrickson, III was a partner of the firm from 1987 until 2007. He has recently rejoined the firm in an of counsel position. He grew up in Bradenton, and has practiced in Bradenton for more than 35 years.

Mr. Hendrickson has extensive experience in real estate development and real estate transactions, including residential and commercial condominiums. He represents many Condominium Associations and Homeowners Associations for their specific legal needs. Mr. Hendrickson has experience in Business Law, creating business organizations such as corporations and limited liability companies. In addition, Mr. Hendrickson has extensive experience institutional lending, foreclosures and workouts, and provides general legal services to a number of local banks.
