W. Nelon Kirkland is a principal in Harrison, Kirkland, Pratt & McGuire, P.A. Mr. Kirkland joined the firm in 1987, and has focused his practice on civil and commercial litigation, personal injury lawsuits and motor vehicle accidents. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kirkland was an assistant state attorney for the 12th Judicial Circuit of the state of Florida.

Mr. Kirkland is admitted to practice before all courts of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Manatee County Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association.
