Harrison, Kirkland, Pratt & McGuire, P.A., one of the oldest and largest law firms in Manatee County, was established in 1937 as Blakey and Daniel, and has existed continuously since that date.
Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution that allows parties to settle their legal disputes outside of the courtroom. Instead of going to court and battling over issues, mediation offers parties the chance to work together with their attorneys to build mutually beneficial solutions.
At Harrison, Kirkland, Pratt & McGuire, P.A., we offer our clients the services of an experienced mediator who can help you resolve your problems in an affordable and efficient manner. Attorney Bob Hoyle is a Harvard-trained mediator who focuses his practice in the following areas of law:

He has been a certified circuit court mediator since 1999 and also holds certifications as a county court, appellate and federal mediator. He is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section and the Association for Conflict Resolution. In addition, he has completed the Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Training program mandated by the Florida Supreme Court.
Mr. Hoyle also acts as an independent mediator for lawyers with clients seeking to resolve disputes outside of the courtroom. This occurs frequently in trusts and estates disputes, where family members are fighting over portions of the decedent's estate. Mr. Hoyle attentively listens to both sides as a neutral third party, assessing their arguments in order to help them reach a conclusion.
